For the Asian noodle salad, remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop very finely. Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes. Put some basil aside, finely chop the rest.

Mix everything with soy sauce, Chinese seasoning and vinegar, add the oil.

Blanch the vegetables in salted water. Drain and fold into the vinaigrette.

Cook noodles in salted water until tender. Strain, rinse and drain. Marinate the noodles with the sauce.

Wash Chinese cabbage and chop into 1 to 2 cm wide strips. Drain the tuna and stir both into the salad. Season to taste and garnish with basil before serving the Asian noodle salad.
