Instructions:

Lightly fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil, add water, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.

Add tomato paste and vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes after the first boil.

Add Burgl’s seasoning and sliced knockwurst and bring to a boil once.

Whisk flour with a little water and stir into the stew, bring to a boil briefly.

Sprinkle with parsley.
