For the vanilla-banana cream, cut open the vanilla bean and scrape out the pulp. Mash the bananas with a fork, whip the vanilla pulp, vanilla sugar, yogurt, bananas, whipped cream and honey well with a mixer.
The whipped cream should not yet be whipped stiff, but rather remain somewhat liquid / airy.
Arrange the vanilla-banana cream and serve.
Preparation Tip:
Refine the vanilla banana cream with a little cinnamon.
