For the potato pancakes, peel, clean and grate potatoes rather coarsely. Whisk eggs with cornstarch, garlic flakes, pepper and salt, stir in grated potatoes.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, spread a ladle of batter in the pan and fry on half heat for about 3 -4 minutes per side. Continue to make pancakes until the batter is used up.
Preparation Tip:
Makes 8 thin or 6 thicker potato pancakes. Serve the potato pancakes with yogurt sauce, etc.
