For the dough, mix all ingredients until smooth. In a coated frying pan, foam a little butter, pour in a thin layer of the dough and fry until golden brown. Then turn to the other side and bake until golden brown.
Filling: Boil the milk, add the other ingredients and stir well.

Spread the pancakes with it, roll them up, sprinkle with powdered sugar and bring to the table with hot chocolate sauce.
