For the Christkindl cake, beat sugar, egg and honey until fluffy and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray (not too large) and bake at 160°C for 35 minutes.
After cooling, glaze with chocolate icing and cut the Christkindl cake into any pieces.

You can also sprinkle the Christkindl cake only with powdered sugar.
