Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!
* Pasta not quite cook, drain and keep warm.
* Peel garlic cloves, lightly crush, sauté in olive oil and white wine.
* Add vegetable soup and bring to a boil briefly.
* Mussels in the broth form.
* Add whipped cream and season sauce with curry, pepper and salt, mix well.
* Simmer the noodles in the broth for four minutes until they are cooked and nicely soaked. (If necessary, add a little more clear soup.) * Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot on the spot.
