For the cooked turkey breast, wash the turkey breast and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Salt on both sides and dust with a little paprika powder.
In a frying pan with a little oil, sear on both sides. Now place in an ovenproof dish and pour the soup (either homemade or 1 soup cube dissolved in hot water) over it. Use only enough soup so that the meat is not completely covered.
Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
The soup can then be thickened with starch and used as a sauce with the turkey breast, or served as an appetizer with frittatas or similar (the soup gets a particularly delicious flavor from the turkey breast).
