For the Raffaello, mix well all the ingredients except the whole almonds. Using a teaspoon, scoop out some of the mixture, wrap it around an almond and either twist balls or, for Easter, form little eggs.
Put some coconut oil in a small bowl and roll the Raffaello in it.
Preparation Tip:
These Raffaello are a slightly lighter version to their original and also a nice gift. Be sure to store in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator.
